As I sit here in my dull office around beige carpets & fluorescent lights I look back at the amazing time we had in Thailand. What an adventure!! 5 mates riding dirt bikes in northern Thailand. I can't wait for the next bike trip.
The trip to Thailand was not as challenging as Cambodia but all the same we had a great adventure. Each day was getting more & more exciting with never a dull moment. From Travis's annoying habits to duncan's crazy antic's we where always having a laugh. If the words "no have" popped up there was always someone up to trouble & that someone was normally Travis number 2!!
Looking back at the the dodgy passport issue, the bike rides deep in the jungle, boat trips along the border & remote stays in villages we all had a ball. What a country with lush jungles, rivers and amazing food. This would be the first trip we all came back fatter then we left (maybe except for Fred).
I write this last blog with a Mad 5 Dirt Rider in hospital getting his appendixes out, AND NO IT IS NOT TRAVIS. Last night Fred went to the hospital with pains in his guts, lucky he was back in the country and not deep in the jungle. I don't think even Mr chemist could have helped Fred with his appendix.
We will not call Fred a bloody pussy for having stomach pains on the plane again, tough bloke. After all that he didn’t have Thai belly, don’t we feel like a pack of ass hole!!

We all wish you a fast recovery in hospital mate & I will make sure not to kick you in the guts when I am next in Bairnsdale. Hope you are back on your feet shortly.
